For prediction market trading firms
Labeek Ledger turns raw Polymarket fills into audit-ready double-entry journals — cost basis, realized PnL, and exports your accountant can actually post.
Trade · CLOB fill
Resolution · market settles YES
The problem
A month of active trading on Polymarket is tens of thousands of micro-fills across dozens of markets, plus splits, merges, redemptions, and stablecoin conversions. Your accountant needs journals. Your auditor needs cost basis. The tax office needs both — in your local GAAP, in your functional currency.
A CSV of on-chain transfers is not an accounting record. Every fill needs a balanced entry, a counterparty leg, and a document trail that survives an audit.
Positions built across hundreds of partial fills need a defensible cost-basis method — weighted average or FIFO — applied consistently, per market, per outcome.
USDC and pUSD movements need inventory treatment, FX translation to your functional currency, and clean reconciliation against wallet balances at period end.
Pipeline
One pipeline, three stages. Every line in the output traces back to a transaction hash.
Fills, splits, merges, redemptions, and transfers — streamed from Polymarket's CLOB and Polygon via our indexer or your own node. Nothing sampled, nothing skipped.
Balanced journals for every event. Weighted-average or FIFO cost basis. Realized and unrealized PnL, split per market. Multi-wallet consolidation for hot/cold setups.
Journal exports as CSV / JSON or via API. Native formats for FlexiBee, Xero, and QuickBooks. Trial balance and position reports at any date.
Features
Trackers tell you what's moving. Labeek Ledger tells you what you own, what it cost, and what you made — in a form that holds up at period end.
Why us
Labeek runs its own systematic strategies on Polymarket. The ledger exists because we needed it: our accountant wanted postable journals, our auditor wanted cost basis, and no tool on the market produced either from raw on-chain data.
So we built the pipeline we wished existed — on-chain ingestion into a canonical double-entry ledger, with exports straight into our accounting system. We close our own books with it every month. Now we're opening it up.
We're a small team in Pilsen, Czech Republic. If you're a fund, prop firm, or the accountant stuck with one as a client, we'd like to talk to you.
